Welcome to Man Van Removals. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our removal services. By booking with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
Booking and Acceptance
All bookings are subject to acceptance and availability. Upon receiving a booking request, our team will confirm the reservation via email or phone. A confirmation number will be provided once your booking is secured.
Payment Terms
- Deposits: A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
- Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash.
- Final Payment: The balance is due on the day of the move, before the commencement of services.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled move to avoid cancellation fees. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the move may incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the total service cost.
Liability and Insurance
While we take utmost care in handling your belongings, Man Van Removals is not liable for any loss or damage unless caused by our negligence. We offer optional insurance coverage for added protection.
Damage Claims
- All claims for damaged goods must be reported within 24 hours of the move's completion.
- Proof of damage through photographs or written statements is required.
- Compensation will be assessed based on the declared value and nature of the damage.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all items are properly packed and ready for transport. Hazardous materials, such as flammable liquids or explosives, are strictly prohibited and must not be included in the move.
Access and Permits
- Customers must provide clear access to the pickup and delivery locations.
- Any required permits for parking or moving large items must be obtained by the customer.
- Failure to provide access may result in delays or additional charges.
Service Limitations
Man Van Removals reserves the right to refuse service if any terms are violated or if the move presents safety concerns.
Force Majeure
- We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or governmental actions.
- In such events, we will work with customers to reschedule the move at the earliest possible convenience.
